Contact us and we'll deactivate the lost card immediately (so nobody can misuse it) and ship you a replacement. We can usually get a new card to you within 2–3 business days.
Absolutely. You can switch between stamp cards and percentage discounts, or change the number of stamps required. Changes take effect immediately for new stamps.
